The grape varieties
The main grape varieties used in the composition of our red wines are Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The grape varieties for our white wine are Sémillon, Sauvignon Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.

Pruning: for quality production, we limit the number of buds

Bud burst / Shoot growth
De-budding: removal of buds and shoots from the base and trunk of the vines

Trimming: to limit the development of branches, the vine is pruned into hedges.

The soils are mechanically plowed.
Treatment
Use of products from plants or animal materials, without synthetic chemicals.
Vintage
The result of a whole year of patience, monitoring and care is being played out at this precise moment. Manual and mechanical harvesting with plot selection, sorting is done on the plot and at the cellar.
